Japan : Asakusa Pt. 2

Some more recordings taken in Asakusa. If only I could adequately capture the sights and smells to go with the sounds! It was quite a touristy/popular sightseeing area, and we certainly encountered more westerners here than a lot of the other areas in Tokyo that we visited.

Recorded on 19th March 2009

Great recordings. "Wandering in Askusa": What's that "rollerskate" sound around 2'00"?

I hear some wind right? Those SP-TFB-2 are very sensitive to it.

Thanks Thijs,

I'm not sure which part of the recording you mean as it is only 1'34" in length.

You're correct about the SP-TFB-2's sensitivity to wind, however *most* of the time it can be reduced using the Sound Professionals wind shields. Did you buy some when you bought the mics?
